Frequently asked
Questions About Documents
When will documents be available?
All challenge documents will be published when the registration window opens. Register to receive an email notification the moment they're live.
Is the Handbook the same for all tracks?
Yes. The Handbook applies to all four tracks. Track-specific guidance is included in the appendices for each technical track.
Can I submit a Safety Guide signed by the Vice-Principal?
No. The Safety Compliance Checklist must carry the signature of the substantive Principal or Acting Principal. VP signatures will not be accepted.
Are there any resource limits?
No. Teams are encouraged to make use of locally available materials and resources in the design and development of their prototypes. The challenge seeks to foster creativity, innovation, and practical problem-solving, placing greater emphasis on the functionality, effectiveness, and real-world impact of the proposed solution than on restrictions related to the materials utilized.
